In line with improving your healthspan we wanted to highlight an article we wrote in October 2020 about menopause and the impact it has not only on the physical self but also the cognitive and emotional self.
Menopause for women is a very subjective experience from the symptomology experienced to the intensity, duration, and frequency of those symptoms.
What we do know, for all women, is the potential for high levels of bone loss during this time, potentially impacting on the healthspan of an individual. This drastic loss in bone can have a long term effect on multiple systems of the body and the lifestyle of the individual.
