Nut free, low GI and high in flavour – this slice will go perfectly with any occasion. Loaded with dried cranberries, blueberries and flame raisins - this slice is bursting with antioxidants. Ingredients
  

  • 125 grams Butter Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Castor sugar
  • 1 cup Traditional rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Flame Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Dried Apricot Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pepitas Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbs Chai seeds
  • 1/2 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 tbs Mixed spice

Instructions
 

  • 1.    Preheat oven to 180⁰C/160⁰C fan-forced. Grease a 20 x30cm pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges.
  • 2.    Place butter, honey and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved. Simmer for 2 minutes or until mixture reduces slightly. Remove pan from heat.
