Project Assistant

This newly created role is an exciting part-time opportunity for a skilled and flexible individual with a passion for women’s health and wellness.

We are seeking an adaptable individual with a broad range of skills across administration, project management, workplace training, marketing and communication.  The ideal candidate will possess a high attention to detail, polished communication skills, adaptability & creativity, and be proficient using a number of systems including learning management systems (ELMO) graphic design (CANVA, InDesign) project management (MS Teams), social media marketing (META), and membership management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the training & development leader in the ongoing development, coordination and delivery of learning & development resources and the online LMS project.
  • Support the sales & marketing leader in the ongoing development, coordination and delivery of branded marketing resources, strategies, processes and campaigns.
  • Support the update, systemization and maintenance of company resources, operational documentation, manuals and policies and procedure documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role / areas of responsibility
  • Australian permanent residents only
