I am enjoying going each week, hopefully will see a real change in my strength later on .I did my Baseline Marker session last Monday with Zoe. Happy with some of it but disappointed in my balance seemed to have gone backwards, but maybe a I had a sleepless night the night before and also had Sinus problem all weekend. So seems I will have to try harder 😄

As a post-menopausal woman in my early 60’s, being diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopaenia was confronting. I was aware of the significant changes in my body and knew I needed to commit to a long-term solution to improve my bone health and muscle strength. My GP recommended Osteostrong, knowing this approach to better health and wellbeing would interest me. Now, after four months of weekly sessions, I feel like a different person already – I’m standing taller and balancing better – my overall strength has improved greatly, and my core strength just happened. I love my Friday morning sessions at Osteostrong Hobart and appreciate the help and support of the amazing team (Zoe, Holly, Angela and Chelle).
