OsteoStrong Australia members are able to place active memberships on hold for up to 12 weeks each year.
If you are planning on being absent from the centre for between 2 – 12 weeks you can request to have your membership placed on hold by completing the form below in advance (please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing).
Please note that a fee of $6 per fortnight applies in lieu of regular membership charges (except where hold is required for medical reasons).
Please complete the form below in full, prior to your last booked session so we can action this for you. Please note your membership will automatically recommence after the hold period.
