Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

1. Returns Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Condition of Returns: Items must be in original condition and unused

3. Return Requirements:

• Include a copy of the receipt.
• Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

4. Fees: Returns are free of charge. No restocking fees will be charged, but you will need to pay for the return postage.

5. How to Return:

1. Send an email to customer service to get an return approval number. 
2. Pack the items securely.
3. Post items to the address indicated by customer support.
4. Once items are received and accepted, a refund will be processed within 5 working days.
