With a background in fitness, education, Pilates, and holistic counselling, Chris has dedicated her career to empowering others through movement, learning, and meaningful connection. She has a natural ability to build genuine relationships, making every person feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

Whether she’s introducing someone to OsteoStrong for the first time, connecting with our local community, or supporting members on their health journey, Chris is committed to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
