Dani Morton
Session Coach
Dani brings over 10 years of experience teaching Clinical Pilates, helping clients of all ages and abilities mobilise, stabilise and realign posture, as well as a background as a paramedic. Dani is passionate about encouraging others to believe in their own strength and capabilities through body awareness education and a progression of movements that are most appropriate for them personally. Dani brings adaptability (because your body can change each week so we must too) to her role as session coach, to help our members bring confidence into everyday life!
Dani loves to have a laugh and is delighted to be supporting the community of OsteoStrong Ballarat to build their bone density, balance and strength through our revolutionary program.
