Frances Daymond
Session Coach
Frances brings a positive and energetic presence to OsteoStrong South Melbourne. Through her university placements at Brighton Grammar School and Pace Health Management in Sandringham, she has developed valuable experience supporting individuals in their health and wellbeing journeys. Outside of the centre, Frances enjoys a range of interests that reflect her vibrant personality. Her enthusiasm for both personal growth and life outside of work helps her connect with members and bring a well-rounded, approachable energy to her role.
Frances has developed specific interests in nutrition and wellbeing through her background in completing her Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Bachelor of Sports Science. This passion has allowed Frances to continue her studies with a Masters of Dietetics where she aspires to pursue her career further. Frances is always eager to continually grow and learn, and she is passionate about creating a supportive, motivating environment where members feel encouraged to achieve their best.
