Rachael Martin
Session Coach
Rachael has over 15 years experience in multiple science-related roles and enjoys applying an evidence-based approach to her work. She is passionate about health education and has delivered environmental health and safety awareness training to local and overseas communities.
Drawing on her scientific background, Rachael now applies a research-informed approach to supporting individuals in achieving their wellbeing goals. Rachael’s yoga teaching experience, combined with her formal counselling training have strengthened her understanding of the mind-body connection, allowing her to support our members safely and effectively as they build strength, balance, and flexibility. Rachel is thrilled to be supporting the Crows Nest community to build their bone health, naturally.
