A trusted and highly valued member of our team, after many years’ experience as a senior session coach, Rigel has taken on the leadership role of assistant centre manager.
Rigel exudes warmth, calmness and energy, which shines through in her sessions and member interactions. Her genuine care and understanding of the body, functional movement and members’ wellbeing is evident in her sessions.
