In the event you no longer wish to continue with your program, OsteoStrong Australia members are able to end their membership by providing a minimum of 14 days notice in writing, by completing the form below.
We encourage you to discuss this with centre staff as they may be able to modify your program for you, based on your circumstances or support you to place your membership on hold for up to 12 weeks.
