Session Coach
Ash has had the opportunity to help with research projects at her university, particularly specialising in the effects exercise has on men and women from a physical and enjoyment point of view. She has worked with The Western Bulldogs community programs, Sons and Daughters of the West. Coaching a wide range of demographics with all different abilities. Her love of health and wellness evolved from her passion of dance. Whilst she was training professionally she also taught dance for many years teaching children ages 5-18.
Ash is excited to supporting the community of OsteoStrong South Melbourne. She brings her enthusiasm, and warmth to every session, to create a fun and relaxed experience for members every week!
