Hayley Ross

Hayley has coached both individuals and teams for over 10 years within various health and sporting settings. Instructing and educating are skills she values and has attained through hosting recreation activities, events, leading teams and 1:1 client support. Hayley has extensive knowledge and practice in wellbeing, nutrition, exercise, anatomy/physiology/biomechanics and customer service.

Hayley brings compassion, warmth & positivity to her role as senior coach at OsteoStrong Launceston, and loves supporting our members to achieve their goals in a holistic way.
