Nick Gaylor

Nick has a passion for sport and human movement which has led to his involvement in coaching since the age of 15. While primarily being involved in junior tennis, AFL and multi-sport coaching her has also been involved as a session coach with the Western Bulldogs: Sons of the West, men’s health program.

After going through significant shoulder and back injuries he appreciates the importance of mobility, strength and having a positive support network. After living in WA and moving back home Nick is so excited to be involved in the OsteoStrong Ballarat community and be a support and friendly face to all of our members.
