In celebration of Osteoporosis Awareness & Prevention Month, we are hosting a series of educational talks, demonstrations and interactive experiences with a focus on bone health at our OPEN DAYs!
FRIDAY 16th October 12noon-3pm & SATURDAY 17th October 10am-1pm
Who is this event for?
· Anyone with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia
· Anyone wanting to learn how to build their bones naturally
· Women in perimenopause or menopause
· Anyone wanting to improve their balance, posture and strength
This interactive and educational open day will include:

Natural Bone Health Education Session – Presented by Gina Haas, Senior Coach, OsteoStrong Ballarat
Experience:
