After a fracturing my hip in a skiing impact accident in July 2024, I had a DEXA scan which showed borderline Osteoporosis in lumber spine -2.2. I started OsteoStrong in May 2025 and have attended once a week since then. Latest DEXA in December 2025 showed -1.8 in lumbar spine, huge overall improvement 7% in 7 months.

The results speak for themselves! Comparing mums 2021 DEXA scan to her 2025 scan, her spine T-score improved from -2.7 (osteoporosis) to -2.4 (osteopenia). Her hips have also remained stable. It is such a relief to see her bone health improving while finally being off the injections.

Reversed bone degeneration!
