Eligible Westfund members are entitled to a benefit towards their OsteoStrong membership provided their home centre is a registered AUSactive businesses*.

If eligible, a Medicare Registered Practitioner is required to complete a Health Management Declaration Claim Form detailing the specific health condition being treated.
